What’s new?

We’ve added a new Insights section to the account pages! This page is visible to users who have the 'view_insights' permission and provides easy access to valuable data for Programmes, Companies, and Territories (depending on your platform features).


How Insights Work

  • Generated Monthly

    • Insights are created once a month for all programmes, companies, and territories.

    • These can be staggered, so not all insights are created at the same time.

  • Tabs for Easy Navigation

    • The Insights page is organised into tabs:

      • Programmes

      • Companies

      • Territories (if your platform has this feature)


Viewing Insights

List View

  • Each tab lists all insights for that category, sorted by most recent.

  • Features include:

    • Search bar – find a specific programme, company, or territory

    • Insight summary – a brief overview of the insight

    • Date created – see when the insight was generated

    • View detail – click to see the full insight

Detail Page

  • The detail page displays:

    • The full insight

    • Previous insights for the same programme, company, or territory

    • A link to view the reporting data for that item

  • Actions available on an individual insight:

    • Download PDF – generates a PDF version of the insight with an external URL

    • Share – opens a modal to enter email addresses and send the insight details to others

  • Access up-to-date insights in one convenient location

  • Quickly find and review data for programmes, companies, or territories

  • Download or share insights to keep your team informed

  • Stay on top of trends and reporting without leaving your account


The Insights section makes it simple to explore, share, and act on your data, keeping everything organised and easy to access.
