What is the Subscription Page?
The Subscription Page is a dedicated area within your CMS where you can:
View all available platform features
See which features are enabled or disabled
Manage selected features directly
Contact your Account Manager
It’s designed to simplify how you understand and manage your subscription.
Where can I find it?
The page is available to users with the 'Manage Subscription' permission (assigned in 'Roles')
To access it:
Go to ONE Admin > Settings
Select Subscription
What you’ll see
Platform Feature List
A curated list of all platform features, showing which features are currently turned on or off
Some of these toggles are editable, allowing you to:
Enable or disable features directly
Instantly update parts of your platform (where permitted)
Account Manager Contact
The page also includes your ONE Account Manager’s contact details, making it easy to:
Ask questions
Request feature changes
Get support quickly
